Adesola Osakalumi is an award-winning Actor, Choreographer, Creative Director, Singer, and Dancer.

Adesola’s talents have garnered him successes in Film, Theater, Television, and on Broadway. He starred in the FELA! Original Broadway run, National Tour and it’s Broadway return. Adesola was in the Revival of EQUUS and he will return to Broadway with SKELETON CREW in the Winter season of 2021.

Adesola’s Television appearances include ICE on Audience Network/DirectTV, directed by Academy Award-winner Antoine Fuqua; and Blue Bloods. Theatrically, he was featured in runboyrun at New York Theater Workshop, Syncing Ink at The Flea Theater and in the highly-acclaimed OBIE Award-winning play Skeleton Crew, directed by Ruben Santiago-Hudson at the Atlantic Theater Company. 

In film, he can be seen in Red Pill, IBRAHIM, Sex and the City 2; The Accidental Husband; Enchanted, Idlewild, Crazy Beats Strong, an award-winning short film featured at The Sundance Film Festival; and in Ngwino Ubeho at The Sundance Theater Lab. He has been favorably reviewed and profiled in The New York Times, NY Magazine, The New York Daily News, VIBE.com,  ESSENCE.com, Jamaica Observer, Chanel 5 News, and many other outlets

Recent Choreographic credits include: CULLAD WATTAH, Coal Country & Othello (The Public Theater), Good Grief (Vineyard Theater) Skeleton Crew (Atlantic Theater) and Eyewitness Blues (New York Theater Workshop). It was through dance that Ade  made his first mark on the stage and has come to be regarded among his peers as a leader in the world of Hip Hop dance. He has the distinction of having Co-Created Directed & Co Choreographed  the Off-Broadway hit JAM ON THE GROOVE, the first ever Hip Hop theater production.
